How To Shop
Follow these simple steps to start shopping at ViViCosmetics.co.uk!
START SHOPPING!
1. If you know what you're looking for, start shopping by selecting the Skin care or Make Up category links: eg. Skin Care, Make Up. You can also shop our latest product through the Make Up link
2. Once you have found an item you want to buy, select your size, the quantity you want and click on the 'ADD TO CARTE' button.
3. You can then either click on the 'CONTINUE SHOPPING' button or review the items in your shopping bag by clicking on 'GO TO CHECKOUT'.
4. If you're happy with the items in your shopping bag, click 'CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT' to complete your order. You will be able to use the 'REMOVE THIS ITEM' button to remove products from your basket if you change your mind.
Order Cancellations
Occasionally, an order, or parts of an order are cancelled by our system. This could be due to:
- Item(s) not available
- Difficulty in processing payment information
- Cannot deliver to address provided
- Duplicate order was placed
- Cancelled due to a customer request
If your order is cancelled, ViVi Cosmetics UK will send you an email to explain the reason for the cancellation. A refund will be made on the original payment method used for the appropriate amount. Should you wish to cancel an order prior to receiving your goods, please contact us at order.cancellation@vivicosmetics.co.uk with full details. Please note that as we generally dispatch orders within 1 to 2 days of receipt, it may not be possible to cancel prior to dispatch. In this instance you would have to return your order once received in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Once you have selected your items, go true the paypal procedure. Then send us an email on customer.service@vivicosmetics.co.uk and notify us which product color you would like to receive.
